…The key to lifting women out of poverty.
We believe it is our obligation to insure educational opportunities for all women and girls in our community. That’s why Zonta Foothills Club created Zonta EducateZ in 2010. Through scholarships, mentorship, advocacy and service Zonta EducateZ makes it possible for girls to stay in school, plan for post secondary educations, attain financial independence, build self-esteem and live safe and healthy lives.

Zonta International clubs advocate at the international, national and local levels to support human rights and gender equality. We take action in response to legislation or policies that affect women and girls by monitoring local action, participating in hearings and public meetings with local politicians and administrators and hosting speakers to raise awareness about issues affecting women in their local communities. We are founding members of the Women’s Collaborative of Boulder County, working together with organizations in our community.
